Client Administrator Audit Corporate

Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

  • Assist audit team with day-to-day secretarial/administrative duties such as preparation of letters and other client correspondences, organizing meetings, events, conference calls and making travel arrangements for the team
  • Monitor hours and updating the budget spreadsheet
  • Maintain client relationship management system (CRM), internal key contacts list and other databases
  • Assist with preparation of all client facing and internal documentations and instructions
  • Monitor reportings and maintaining log
  • Billing and preparation of fee notes in accordance with agreed schedules
 

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education (KV) or similar educational background
  • 2-5 years of experience within administration in a fast-paced environment
  • Native German speaker with excellent oral and written English skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Strong organizational talent with a discrete, independent and proactive work method
  • Dependable, flexible and service-oriented with a great sense of responsibility
