- Lead and manage a strategic HR technology transformation program, owning delivery of business outcomes
- Develop and maintain project execution plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities
- Oversee the implementation and integration of HR platforms and modules for the group, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies.
- Establish and drive program governance, progress tracking, risk management, and transparent reporting to executive.
- Apply “wagile” project methodology, balancing structured planning with adaptive execution
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability across project streams.
- Drive organizational change management and ensure continuous communication with senior stakeholders across the company.
- Support the CPO and Steering Committee in strategic decision-making, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-year HR transformation programs with a strong technology component
- Proven track record of overseeing HR technology implementations, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors
- Skilled in managing complex, multi-country programs and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Skilled in agile and traditional project methodologies
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German would be a significant advantage
