Manager IT Assurance

Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Act as experienced engagement manager for large multinational and highly regulated (PCAOB) external and internal audits covering ERP system landscapes and IT-supported business processes
  • Lead the execution of national and international audit engagements. Ensure very high standards and audit quality
  • Communicate closely with senior management and client personnel
  • Manage engagement teams (allocating work packages, monitoring engagement executing, mentoring staff)
  • Drive a highly valued audit, applying and fully integrating Data Analytics, driving additional insights to clients
  • Business development of solutions in the IT Risk Management domains such as IT GRC, Program Assurance, Information Security and GDPR
  • Identify business opportunities in the IT Risk Management domain and convert into concrete projects in the non-Audit market
  • Coach and support team members to ensure a high level of quality
  • Support and develop financial auditors regarding technology in audit developments and requirements
  • Develop and coach team members and take ownership of career development
  • Work across Switzerland and internationally
 

Your profile

  • Graduate in business informatics or IT with a major in business administration
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting and/or implementation of ERP systems and in the performance of IT audits in ERP environments (SAP and Oracle), internal audits, third-party assurance and Program Assurance projects
  • Concrete experience and success in running large IT audit mandates, in a team, in particular PCAOB/US SOX qualifications and experience
  • Strong and proven project management skills in order to manage a global group team responsible for leading all local audit teams relying on centralized test work and reporting
  • Technical skills in programming languages in order to integrate and develop leading Data Analytic tools to support audit and advisory projects
  • Experience in executing client engagements in the IT Assurance context, preferably in a Big 4 environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience driving the development of a technology risk consulting market
  • Well-founded risk & compliance know-how and excellent understanding of IT business processes within ERP systems
  • Professional relevant certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) is a plus
  • Fluent and effective communication in French and English (written and verbal)
  • Communicative and client-focused personality
  • Willing to travel domestically and abroad on client engagements
