Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory

In your role as Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide advice across the sourcing and transformation lifecycle from sourcing strategy and operating model development through procurement and transition into post deal services and contract value assurance.

Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

  • Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
  • Perform detailed financial analyses and summarize results in support of insourcing, outsourcing, and transformation engagements
  • Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs and hybrid sourcing relationships
  • Perform analysis and prepare details analysis report and presentations, assist management in advising KPMG client's on various facets of shared services and outsourcing
 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Two to three years of outsourcing or advisory experience and/or specific functional domain experience in finance and accounting, procurement and other functions
  • Well versed with the global shared services and business process outsourcing planning, deployment and management lifecycle
  • Experience in business process reengineering, business process outsourcing, financial analysis or data analysis
  • Experience in advising clients on high-level strategy projects related to for example design of shared service centers, outsourcing business cases or vendor management
  • Ability to lead client and internal organizations through complex transformation analysis and implementation
  • Exposure to automation of processes with tools such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion, etc. is preferable
  • Teamwork, strong project and client management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in German
  • Willingness to travel
