- Participate in buy- & sell-side M&A, IPO and fundraising projects and support our senior team members in the daily deal execution
- Create and design financial valuation models by using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
- Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities
- Perform industry research and market analysis and contribute to KPMG M&A publications

- Master graduate with a major in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
- Initial professional experience in M&A, Strategy Consulting and/or Financial Accounting
- Analytically minded, solution-orientated and demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss corporate and M&A landscape
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- Full professional proficiency in German and English
