- Verify employee master data and be the contact person for TimeSheets support
- Coordination and provision of weekly and monthly TimeSheets
- Prepare and import working hours from offshore locations
- Validate and allocate invoices from offshore locations to projects
- Optimize and develop offshoring processes in the finance area
- Monitor costs and internal allocations (Reconciliation)
- Act as a deputy for the Travel Desk

As the finance department's offshoring liaison, you will manage related activities, act as the main contact for offshoring issues, and handle process updates. You'll also work closely with the Finance Change & Innovation team to implement ERP system improvements.

- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ (profile E/M) or equivalent education
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- Good MS Office skills and familiarity with MS Excel
- Fluency in German and English (required)

- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a high service and solution orientation
