- Lead investigations into suspected or actual fraud cases, projects related to the prevention of economic crime or damage assessments
- Analyze the existing client's situation, define the necessary measures and make the appropriate recommendations to the client
- Conduct document and transaction reviews and internal controls evaluations
- Conduct interviews, email reviews and write reports to support investigations related to fraud, misappropriation of assets and bribery & corruption
- Lead assessment of damages in the context of commercial disputes, insurance claim and international arbitrations
- Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities
- Manage existing client relationships and identify business opportunities by building relationships both internally and externally and assist with the development of proposals in order to win new engagements
- Coach and develop younger team members and take ownership in shaping and further developing our team

- University Degree in law, accounting, economics or any other relevant education
- At least 6 years of professional experience in Audit or in Forensic investigations within a consulting firm, experience in project management
- Swiss CPA in progress or obtained is a strong asset
- Willingness to take on various tasks in a small team, convincing communication skills and entrepreneurial flair
- Open to travel
- Fluency in English and French including excellent writing skills in both. Any additional language is an advantage i.e., Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.
- Customer-oriented, ambitious, highly committed and team player
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of mental flexibility and a keen eye for detail
