• Oversee team operations end-to-end: ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners, organize team meetings and events, and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination.
• Drive resource planning for client-facing teams by collaborating with Engagement Managers to optimize staffing and utilization.
• Manage key business tasks such as tracking team and engagement KPIs on behalf of the Leadership Team
• Take responsibility for training and mentoring our apprentice, fostering growth and development.
• Build strong relationships and establish effective workflows with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and materials for meetings, workshops, and client pitches.
